In the latest issue of Harper’s Bazaar UK, cover model Uma Thurman talks about her time spent with recently-deceased actress Natasha Richardson whom she worked with on the indie Chelsea Walls. “She would have a plan on arrival anywhere and would be carving the best out of life and every situation and every person. She wasn’t as much a passenger as I am, which made us great companions in life… because every driver needs a passenger and every passenger needs a driver. So it’s a big loss in my life.” But like most of the actors who have been touched by Natasha’s friendship, Uma’s moving on with some pretty high-profile projects. She’s set to play Medusa in the Chris Colombus-directed family adventure Percy Jackson which is currently shooting in Vancouver until July. Expect it to come out sometime next year.
